The project caters to a boutique real estate group, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury properties. Collaboration across planning, entrepreneurship, construction, support, and marketing departments adds complexity. The design concept, mirroring the creation of life, evolves across departments until reaching the customer as a perfected project. The analogy to life creation holds deep significance. Our goal was a multipurpose space at the project's core, serving as a sales center and the main entrance to senior management offices. This space facilitates unique interactions with potential clients, allowing them to familiarize themselves uniquely with the group, its people, and the residential project.
